ONE CEBU PARTY, LIBERAL PARTY and INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES who have filed their certificate of candidacies for the May 2016 Elections have made and signed a PEACE COVENANT before PNP and COMELEC officials in the presence of Fr. Fiel Suico at the Municipal Conference Room last Friday, February 26, 2016 for an honest and peaceful election. Peace covenant presupposes two or more parties who have come together to make or sign a contract agreeing on promises, stipulations, privileges and responsibiities for a peaceful and honest election.
